We love to help our community.   If you have an event that we can help with door prizes to help raise money for your organization please check them mail us at the address below.

Please note: We get many requests and unfortunately cannot help everyone. We review all requests on a monthly basis and choose those best suited. Please give us at approximately 4-6 weeks to process your request.

Please note we can ONLY accept requests for donations that meet the following guidelines.


  • The requesting organization must be in the greater Tampa Bay area.

  • The requesting organization must be a registered 501(c)(3).

  • The donation request must be submitted on the organization's letterhead and include the 501(c)(3) tax identification number, as well as the following information:

    • Date and location of the event

    • Description of the event

    • Expected attendance at the event (Children and adults )

    • Opportunities for promotion at the event such as signage, program advertising or inclusion in goodie bags.

  • Requests must be submitted a minimum of six weeks before the event.

  • Please provide address where the certificate may be mailed if your request is approved, along with a contact name, phone number and email address.
