All the common questions we get asked
We get lots of questions from party parents when planning a birthday party. We put together a list of the most common ones, We hope this helps, but if you do not find the answer to your question here, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer any additional questions or concerns you may have.

What are the age ranges of your parties?
The parties center around laser tag, with our equipment and arena generally being suitable for ages 6 and up. Children younger than 6 often do not feel comfortable in the dark arena and the equipment may be too big or heavy for smaller children. If there are siblings that are younger and want them to attend the rest of that party you are welcome to bring them. (we do have a small number of kids packs suitable for 4-6-year-olds) We do not charge for guests that aren't participating in the games, drinking or eating the provided food and drinks.
Can I get invites?
After you have made your reservation, you may come into the center to pick up your birthday invitations. If you have selected a Top Gun or an Ultimate party package we can mail them to you. An online version is available for download here
How many people can the party rooms hold?
We have 3 party areas available that are assigned depending on the time your event will be held. Party rooms A and B each seat 15 comfortably 20 max, and are generally assigned to parties starting on even hours (noon, 2 pm, 4 pm, etc.). Party rooms A and B can be combined to accommodate larger groups of up to 40, but availability for this is limited.
Our alcove area seats 20 comfortably 24 max, and is generally assigned to our odd hour events (1 pm, 3 pm , 5 pm, etc.)
What do I do when I arrive?
As your party arrives, please send one person to the front counter to check in. You will be introduced to your party coordinator who will escort you to your party area.
What time is the first Laser Tag game?
Games start 5 minutes after the start time of your party, so please ask your party guests to arrive early to avoid guests missing the first game. Please note your party time starts at the time booked, we cannot extend the party time if you arrive late as we often have other events booked immediately proceeding your group.
What is the flow of the party?
Your party coordinator will take the birthday person and their guests into the briefing area to start their game (please note that there may be other members of the public in these games). They will be in the game for approximately 25 – 30 mins. Parents are welcome to watch on our video screens showing live video feeds from the arena cameras. If parents want to play in the game with the kids they can for just $6 per parent per game.
I ordered a package with pizza, when do we eat? If you ordered a party package with food, the food and drinks will be waiting in the party area as soon as the first game has completed. Unlimited drinks for the paid guests are Pepsi products from our soda fountain (this does not include Slushies or bottled water). Since we cook all our food in store please feel free to ask for extra items from your party coordinator.
When is our 2nd game? .
There is approximately 45 minutes between the end of the first game and when everybody will need to head back for the second game. Allowing time to eat, play a few arcade games and cake if needed.
How long do we get in the private party area?
You have your party room all to yourselves for 1 hour and 45 minutes from the start time of your event. At approximately the 1 hour and 30 minute mark the second game will begin, this is the perfect time for us to help you take the presents along with any other items to your car.
What do I need to bring?
We provide all plates, forks, cups, napkins, and most other items you may need. You’re welcome to bring some decorations but they are not needed as we’ll have balloons and tablecloths ready for you.
Can I bring in my own food?
If you would like to bring in some snacks and bottled water or juices you may do so. We do ask you do not bring in food that we currently serve (soda, pizza, chicken tenders, fries etc.).
Can I get a photo of the kids in their gear?
During the last game you may request the kids to keep their gear on for a group photo. We will do our best to accommodate based on how busy we are, but this cannot be guaranteed. How do I take care of my bill?
After your party ends, we will ask you to make your way to the front counter where you can pay the balance of your party bill (gratuity is not included). We do not keep credit cards from the deposit on file. At this time, we also ask you to fill out a brief survey on how we did and how we may improve future parties.
What should the kids wear?
Sneakers and dark clothes are recommended, but not required. We do recommend avoiding open toed sandals or flip flops.
What are the deposit amounts?
At the time of booking, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve the time and room. Your deposit amount will applied towards your final bill.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any reservation cancelled or rescheduled more than 7 days prior to event can transfer the deposit or use it as store credit.
Any party cancelled or rescheduled within 7 days prior to party event will forfeit deposit.
Any party cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours (2 days) of the party event will be charged for the entire base price of party package.
We cannot refund your deposit for any reason.
What are the rules in the arena?
